Documents usually needed for Morocco

  • Approved Employment Contract (Contrat de Travail d’Étranger - CTE) certified by the Ministry of Labor / ANAPEC
  • Clean criminal record certificate and medical fitness certificate from a Moroccan doctor
  • Registered residential lease contract (Bail de location légalisé) in Morocco
  • Passport valid for at least 6 months and a compliant photo (make yours here)

    Ministry of Labor CTE Visa Clearance

    Employer obtains visa stamp on employment contract from the Ministry of Labor in Rabat.

    3 - 6 weeks

    Consular Entry Visa (Type D Travail)

    Collect long-stay entry visa at the Moroccan Consulate in country of origin.

    2 - 4 weeks

  3. 3

    Préfecture de Police Carte de Séjour

    Submit dossier at the Service des Étrangers of the local police headquarters (DGSN) to collect biometric Carte de Séjour.

    1 - 2 months
