Terms of use

The rules for using this site, in plain language.
About these terms
These terms apply when you use imiatlas.com (“Imiatlas”, “we”), which is run by Imiatlas. By using the site you agree to them. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the site.
General information, not legal advice
Imiatlas is an information service. We are not a law firm, a government agency or a licensed immigration adviser, and using the site does not create a lawyer–client or adviser relationship.
Guides, checklists, processing times, policy updates and AI answers are general information. They may be incomplete, out of date or wrong for your situation. Always confirm requirements on the official government website before you apply, and talk to a licensed immigration lawyer or registered adviser about your own case. Each country guide links to official registers where you can check one.
The AI advisor
AI answers are written automatically by Google’s Gemini models. They can be wrong, and they are not reviewed by a person. Each answer links to the official source to check.
Free accounts have a daily question limit. We may change limits, refuse off-topic questions, or pause the advisor.
Your account
You need to be at least 16 to create an account. You sign in with Google and are responsible for activity on your account. You can delete it at any time from the account menu.
Subscriber status is given at our discretion and may change.
Application tracker and reminders
The tracker only stores what you enter. We never contact immigration authorities, and we don’t check your real application status. Reminder emails are a convenience and may be late or fail to arrive; you remain responsible for your deadlines.
Visa photo tool
The photo tool sizes and crops your photo to published specifications, but authorities and photo checkers decide whether a photo is accepted. Check the official requirements before you submit.
Partner links
Links marked “Partner” go to other companies’ services. We may earn a commission. Those services have their own terms and privacy policies, and we are not responsible for them.
Acceptable use
Don’t misuse the site: no attempts to break in, overload it, get around limits, scrape it in bulk, use it for anything unlawful, or submit other people’s personal information without permission.
Content and copyright
The site’s text, design and code belong to Imiatlas. Official government material we link to belongs to its owners. Country names and flags are used for identification only.
If you believe something on the site infringes your copyright, email dmca@imiatlas.com with: your contact details; the work you believe is infringed; the page address of the material; a statement that you believe in good faith the use isn’t authorized; a statement that your notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act for the owner; and your physical or electronic signature. We will review it and remove material where appropriate.
No warranty and limits of liability
The site is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows. We don’t promise it will be accurate, complete, available or error-free.
To the extent the law allows, Imiatlas is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for decisions you make or applications you submit based on the site. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law that can’t be limited.
Changes and ending access
We may change or stop features, and update these terms; the date at the top shows the latest version. We may suspend accounts that break these terms. You can stop using the site and delete your account at any time.
