Documents usually needed for Oman

  • For 10-Year Investor Visa: investment of at least OMR 500,000 (~$1.3M USD) in company equity or real estate
  • For 5-Year Investor Visa: investment of at least OMR 250,000 (~$650,000 USD) in real estate or government bonds
  • Clean criminal record and medical clearance issued by an approved GAMCA / ROP clinic
  • Passport valid for at least 6 months and a compliant photo (make yours here)

    Invest in Oman Portal Application

    Submit investment verification to MOCIIP online portal or Royal Oman Police eVisa portal.

    Biometrics & Civil Status Card

    Complete fingerprinting and photograph at Directorate General of Civil Status in Muscat.

    Investor Residency Card Grant

    Receive 5-year or 10-year renewable self-sponsored investor card with family sponsorship rights.
