Documents usually needed for Thailand

  • For Destination Thailand Visa (DTV): proof of financial assets of at least 500,000 THB (~$14,000 USD) and remote employment contract or freelance portfolio
  • For 10-Year LTR Visa (Remote Professionals): annual income ≥ $80,000 USD and employment with public company or revenue ≥ $50M USD
  • Submission via the official Thai E-Visa portal
  • Passport valid for at least 6 months and a compliant photo (make yours here)

    Submit digital application on official thaievisa.go.th with bank statement proving 500,000 THB and employment letter.

    E-Visa PDF Issuance & Border Entry

    Receive digital visa confirmation email; arrive in Thailand with 180-day initial stay stamped at immigration.

    Immediate post-approval

    Extension / Multi-Entry Travel

    Extend stay for an additional 180 days at local Thai immigration or exit and re-enter freely during 5-year validity.
